wouldn't want to discourage ayonne from online dating as it can be a great resource. There are all different kinds of sites based on specific needs (i.e. age group, political affiliation, religious affiliation, etc.) There have also been many online dating success stories so it can be a wonderful tool. However, as with anything there can be some pitfalls. Some of the ladies have felt that:-They weren't meeting serious contenders. Quality was lacking.-Men who were only interested in hook ups and lead with sex- Men who were just plain clueless about approaching womenWhen you think about it though, aren't these guys everywhere? The best sites to use, IMO, are Match.com, POF.com and wait for it Craigslist.com. Myself and other dating coaches like Match because it is a paid site so you know you're dealing with men who are genuinely interested in meeting people and establishing a relationship. They wouldn't be paying if they weren't. You'll meet a lot of men on POF but you'll have to do A LOT of screening and vetting. I've had the most dates through Craigslist and I know of a few marriages that have resulted from Craigslist, go figure. Craigslist is like putting a personal ad in a magazine or newspaper but cheaper. That's been my experience. Things may vary by age and region. If you've had positive experiences with other sites let us know!
